The Cipher Lab
Students gain confidence, leadership skills, and a stronger sense of purpose by engaging in meaningful dialogue, community service, and creative problem-solving. Through Hip-Hop–based mentorship, students learn to communicate effectively, collaborate with peers, and turn their lived experiences into leadership and civic action. The program supports student voice, belonging, and real-world skills development.
