Dr. Afriyie “Doc Hip-Hop” Danielly is an accomplished educator, leader, and advocate dedicated to transforming educational spaces through culturally responsive pedagogy, leadership development, and student success. He holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and brings more than 15 years of experience across K–12, higher education, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors. His work centers on building sustainable systems that support access, persistence, and completion—particularly for historically marginalized students—by aligning institutional practice with culture, identity, and purpose.
